General

This website is operated by maré maré A. Theiler. Throughout the website, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to maré maré A. Theiler. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. Once you have finally submitted an order, it is binding.

Our offer is exclusively directed at customers residing in Switzerland.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Payment Terms

Payments are processed via secure (https) encryption. All major credit cards are accepted as payment methods.

Product Offer

All product information provided during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, we reserve the right to make changes in design and technology that improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in description, images, and price information. The color of products shown in the online shop may differ from the actual product color. Due to handcrafted production, products may show individual characteristics and imperfections.

Cancellation

Maré maré is entitled to withdraw from an order at any time prior to delivery without providing reasons, for example if limited products are suddenly out of stock. Purchase payments already received will be refunded to the customer.

Right of Return

We grant a right of return within a period of 14 days. Details and conditions according to our return policy.

Warranty

The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt for obvious material defects and report them in writing within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Goods that were not ordered but still delivered must also be reported immediately. Returns and complaints must be made in writing to shop@maremare.ch.

Liability

We accept no liability for any material or personal damage caused by the use of our products or information provided. The use of all items is at the customer’s own risk. Maré maré accepts no liability in cases of careless use or consequential damage. For returns, the customer bears the liability.

Compensation for Damages

Claims for damages due to errors in images, prices, and texts or due to delayed or non-delivery are strictly excluded.

Severability Clause

Should provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective. The parties are obliged to replace the invalid provisions with legally valid regulations that come as close as possible to the economic and legal meaning and purpose of the invalid provisions. Changes to these terms and conditions are possible at any time. The version at the time of ordering applies to each order. Swiss law applies exclusively, and the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
