Refund policy

You can return your order or individual products within 14 days of receipt. The following conditions apply:

• Please contact us by email first if you wish to return something.
• The products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Unfortunately, products that arrive defective or used cannot be refunded.
• The products must be in their undamaged original packaging.
• You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Once your return has arrived and the conditions have been met, we will refund the purchase amount (minus any shipping costs) via bank transfer or to the payment method you used for the order.
